Resin color comparisons

I decided to take a few comparison shots of all the resin colors I have at home right now (before I sell anything off).

Taken outside, with all the different resins in the same picture. This picture is pretty accurately showing the resin colors in comparison to each other.
LittleRebel ns is a quite dark(but not yellow) normal skin.
Iplehouse ns?(I can’t be sure since I’m not the first owner) from 2011 has yellowed a bit.
Simply Divine Venetian Luna White is very white, almost greyish.
April Story normal resin is super yellow. I guess it’s more of a normal yellow color.
Iplehouse white skin is pinkish, quite close to Ringdoll normal skin.
Ringdoll normal skin is very pale and quite pink.
Dollshe Pure Fresh is a creamy white color and like a 99% match to the Akagidoll white skin.
Withdoll Special Real(UV) skin is the only “tan” one in the house.
Souldoll normal skin is a pale and still pink color, the older Souldoll (probably from around 2010) has yellowed some, but it still has a  pink hue.
Finally the Akagidoll white skin, it is a yellowish color, I guess a cream white.

While taking out all the dolls I found that I really liked the feel of slim minis again- must resist the temptation to “switch” back 😀 They are so cute and a very comfortable size! Ohhh well, maybe I’ll find myself selling off all the larger ones or something. I know I’ll keep at least Joseph and Marlene if it comes to that, but the others are in danger, so to speak.

 

Again not a match :D…

My luck with hybrids appears to be nonexistent. First the Akagidoll and Simply Divine, and now LittleRebel and April Story. After 5 months of waiting I finally got the body today.

Proportion wise the April Story Senior Body and my LittleRebel Aleksander are a decent match, but Aleksander is a pinkish normal skin and April Story is very yellow. I’ll see if I can blush the head to match but I’m losing faith. I don’t know what company would be a match for him.

I decided to put the Akagidoll body for sale, since the match is pretty horrific. I’ll try to hunt down a Ringdoll body for Joseph, they should make a stark white resin. So if anyone is interested in buying an Akagidoll 72cm body in WS (creamy white) for about 350€, send me a message!

I’ll take pictures later, I just got back from work and really need to eat.

EDIT: Here’s a quick phone picture, I’m sorry for the messy background. The match looks considerably less obvious in the pictures, so I think I’ll be able to pull it off with some blushing and clothes.

One thing that bothers me a bit is that he has the veiniest hands. 😀 His character is more on the androgynous side and those huge bulging mitts don’t really suit him. Oh well.
